ヒュ (hyu), katakana yōon

The two characters combine into one syllable lasting one beat (mora). Do not give the small kana a separate beat.

ヒュ combines ヒ with a small ュ. Instead of saying ヒ and then a separate vowel, say hyu as one syllable with one beat.
