ひゅ (hyu), hiragana yōon

The two characters combine into one syllable lasting one beat (mora). Do not give the small kana a separate beat.

ひゅ combines ひ with a small ゅ. Instead of saying ひ and then a separate vowel, say hyu as one syllable with one beat.
