ピュ (pyu), katakana yōon

The two characters combine into one syllable lasting one beat (mora). Do not give the small kana a separate beat.

ピュ combines ピ with a small ュ. Instead of saying ピ and then a separate vowel, say pyu as one syllable with one beat.
