ギュ (gyu), katakana yōon

The two characters combine into one syllable lasting one beat (mora). Do not give the small kana a separate beat.

ギュ combines ギ with a small ュ. Instead of saying ギ and then a separate vowel, say gyu as one syllable with one beat.
