ぎゅ (gyu), hiragana yōon

The two characters combine into one syllable lasting one beat (mora). Do not give the small kana a separate beat.

ぎゅ combines ぎ with a small ゅ. Instead of saying ぎ and then a separate vowel, say gyu as one syllable with one beat.
